Traveling to China is entirely unique experience, simultaneously thrilling and adventurous! 🐉 It’s a journey that demands thorough preparation in advance, otherwise it can bring you some surprises that you weren’t prepared for.
Sharing with you my traveling tips 🇨🇳:
- Be ready that your credit cards 💳 won’t work and money exchange won’t be easy and fast at all! Exchange 💰 in advance and download Alipay.
- Food is super cheap($3-$7 per meal), but can be very spicy 🌶️ and a bit unusual if you are not ready for chicken feet 🦶
- Usual Apps like google maps, FB and IG don’t work. So get VPN apps. 🥷
- It is very clean and safe. Security cameras are everywhere! No exceptions. 📹
- People are friendly and can be very curious if you look a bit different from them. If you are tall and blond be ready for pictures 🤳📸 Also don’t expect them to understand any English. Have translator app ready 💬
